One of my favorite places to eat is the Good Foods Cafe on Southland Drive in Lexington. The chefs make a wide variety of fresh vegetable dishes (hot and cold) every day for their lunch buffet. Plus, an onsite sushi crew makes fresh sushi daily. I took my elderly aunt there one day, never dreaming that she would love it! She even goes back without me, now. I highly recommend it. I'd love to see some info on places to eat in Louisville, as I travel there on business sometimes.
